What is Bullying?

According to the National Centre Against Bullying, the definition of bullying is when an individual or a group of people with more power, repeatedly and intentionally cause hurt or harm to another person or group of people who feel helpless to respond. Bullying can continue over time, is often hidden from adults, and will probably continue if no action is taken.

  • Cyber

Tips

  1. Treat others with respect.
  2. Refuse to bully others.
  3. Tell an adult immediately.
  4. Include those who are left out.
  5. Don't laugh, watch, or join in when someone is being bullied.
  6. Help those being bullied.
